UK PREMIERE: David Tennant Guests On Very British Problems With Friends Tonight

David Tennant joins some of Britain's best-known comedians and famous faces to share their anecdotal experiences and observations on the peculiar behaviour of Brits with friends, including James Corden, Stephen Mangan, Danny Dyer, Vic Reeves, Bob Mortimer, Romesh Ranganathan and Rebecca Front.

Britain is officially not very friendly, ranking way down as the 55th friendliest country in the world.
While Americans have up to seven close friends, and the French have four, Brits can count their innermost circle on the fingers of... two fingers. David Tennant puts this down to our inability to show emotions. One thing we hate is mixing friends. Weddings are also a minefield of social awkwardness. Stephen Mangan always feared being killed by the father of his girlfriends while Bob Mortimer avoided all personal chat by remarking on the quality of the carpet. Texting friends suits Brits very well, as it's a way of communicating at a distance. But there are texting sins that our celebrities will not tolerate, from exclamation marks to LOL.

Tune in to Very British Problems With Friends tonight at 10pm on Channel 4
