Comedy World Cup Episode 4 & 5 Details

It’s the last of the first round matches for Comedy World Cup hosted by David Tennant this Saturday. In episode four, captain Omid Djalili is joined by Daniel Sloss and Joe Pasquale. The trio seem to be at a slight disadvantage however, up against a team of four as Andy Parsons and Jon Richardson are joined by The Chuckle Brothers. Will anarchic kids’ TV stars Paul and Barry prove to be a help or a hindrance? Find out this coming Saturday at 8.00pm.
On Saturday 13th October, the show moves to an earlier time slot of 7.00pm. It's the first of the semi-finals with Alan Carr, Sara Pascoe and Clive Anderson who take on the might of Johnny Vegas, Josh Widdicombe and Mick Miller.
The new time moves the show away from the big ratings winner on ITV, The X Factor and also the new series of Merlin which starts on Saturday 6th; however, it does put it up against BBC One’s Strictly Come Dancing. Ratings for Comedy World Cup have so far been between 0.6 - 0.8 million viewers per week.
