David Tennant Stars In New Virgin Media Ad Campaign

David Tennant has signed up to be the new face of a Virgin Media Ad Campaign.

The Coventry Telegraph reports:
SIR Richard Branson conquers time travel alongside former Doctor Who David Tennant in a new campaign promoting Virgin Media's latest offering.
The multimillion-pound promotion is the latest to feature the Virgin founder alongside a celebrity and marks the launch of a new range of media bundles entitled Virgin Media Collections.
The first ad will screen during Britain's Got Talent on ITV1 tomorrow and opens with David Tennant in front of the television "time travelling" through his own back catalogue using the service.
Subsequent ads show the two men in a "meditative" scene reassuring customers that they will never miss their favourite shows, with Sir Richard performing a calming whale song.
A Virgin Media campaign earlier this year starred Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt mimicking Sir Richard to promote its superfast broadband service and follows separate ads for the TiVo digital television service.
Virgin Media director of advertising and sponsorship Richard Larcombe said: "Building on the huge success of our recent TiVo campaign and Usain Bolt and Richard in our superfast broadband ads, the new Collections creative brings together the best of both in a fully integrated offering.
"The new work uses the superiority of our products to deliver on value, simplicity and choice, all signed and sealed with a Virgin sense of humour."
The campaign will also screen online and in cinemas.
